The Embedded Systems (ES) unit is a research unit within the Digital Industry center of Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) a research center in Trentino, Italy.

The ES unit carries on research in Verification and Validation of complex systems and in Automated Planning and Scheduling.

TAMER is the result of an effort to create a stable, reliable platform for analyzing and solving temporal planning problems.

Andrea is the lead TAMER developer and a researcher in Planning and Scheduling at FBK. He started the development of TAMER in 2014 as a personal project and is the product owner of TAMER He currently leads and coordinates the development of TAMER.

 

Alessandro Valentini

Alessandro contributed several algorithms, features and bugfixes. Most notably he developed the “Forward temporal Planner” (FTP) algorithm for temporally-expressived domains and implemented the reinforcement-learning interfacing API.

Stefan implemented the “Complete Temporal Planner” (CTP) algorithm and the interactive simulator.
